Nice pants, but unsure about the fit

The pants are nice, bit the fit feels quite loose to me. I got 33/34 34, which should normally be fine. I do not like fit fitting pants (particularly around the legs), but these are really wide around the waist. So in this case (which is very unusual) I would have liked a tighter fit, which doesn't seem to exist.

Note that I have not washed them yet, so they might still tighten a bit, hopefully.

Close to perfection!

These Chinos are really nice quality and true to size. Compared to other pants I have these seem to have about 1"/2.5cm taller waist which is very welcome as its the area I normally have issues with. The fabric feels nice and drapes nicely!

My only gripes with the pants is that I would love to see deeper pockets as well as a more robust zipper. The zipper works. It just feels flimsy.
