Return and exchange


Just click here, register the return and follow the instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the fit wasn't right, we recommend you to try another size for free. Please send us an email if you have any questions!

Once the return is received, we will send you new products or refund your money.

Here is an overview of deadlines:

Used products

If the product has already been tried, used and/or washed, you can make use of our "30 Days Perfect Fit" guarantee. You can exchange the garment for a new size, new product or get your money refunded - as long as you return the product within 30 days after receiving it.

 Unused products

If you have a product that has not been used and still has the original tags, a 100-day deadline applies.

 Bought on sale

For goods bought on sale, the standard cancellation period of 14 days applies. Sales goods that are returned after this will still be able to be exchanged for gift cards only.


Too big?
Our T-shirts and shirts are designed to fit perfectly after the first wash. If you think they are a bit big unwashed, we would recommend you to wash the product already opened. You are off course  welcome to return the item if it still does not fit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If returned - please let our warehouse know by adding a note with your returned items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
