What size should I choose?

Our sizes are divided by height instead of the traditional sizes. Use your own height as a starting point when choosing a size.

If you are slim, we recommend that you go down one size or check the SLIM FIT alternative, if applicable. If you are really broad-shouldered, we recommend that you go up one size. The model in the pictures is 203 cm and uses the largest size (200-205).

How do I return a product?

Just click here, register the return and follow the instructions. If the fit wasn't right, we recommend you to try another size for free.

Note that if you return a disounted item 14 days or more after delivery, you will be given a gift card instead of refund.

Once the return is received, we will send you new products or refund your money.

Too big?

Our T-shirts and shirts are designed to fit perfectly after the first wash. If you think they are a bit big unwashed, we would recommend you to wash the product already opened. You are off course  welcome to return the item if it still does not fit.

Too wide?

We have "slim fit"- options of several products. If your item feels too wide we would recommend these.

Can I return items I'm not happy with?

Of course :) Just follow the process mentioned above.

Used products

If the product has already been tried, used and/or washed, you can make use of our "30 Days Perfect Fit" guarantee. You can exchange the garment for a new size, new product or get your money refunded - as long as you return the product within 30 days after receiving it.

Unused products

If you have a product that has not been used and still has the original tags, a 100-day deadline applies.

Bought on sale

For goods bought on sale, the standard cancellation period of 14 days applies. Sales goods that are returned after this will still be able to be exchanged for gift cards only.

What do I do if I need to change my order or address?

If the order has not yet been sent, you can send us a message by clicking here, and we will help you as soon as we can.

Where's my package?

The orders are packed and sent on a daily basis. If you have ordered on Friday afternoon or on Weekends, the package will be sent on Monday. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have sent the package. This confirmation contains a tracking code that will tell you where the package is located.

How is my package delivered?

We will do our best to deliver your package to your door. Shipping company will vary depending on country of destination.

We have free worldwide shipping for orders over €180, but we do not cover potential import taxes in countries outside the European Union (for example the UK).

How long does it take to get my package?

We send out orders daily. It usually takes no more than one or two days before the package is delivered.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Klarna.

If your card is declined, even though it has enough credit, it may be that it is not enabled with 3D secure. We suggest you contact your bank to set it up

OR

use one of the other payment methods available.

Is it possible to buy in a physical store?

We currently only sell online.
